Singham (2011) is a Hindi-language Indian action crime drama movie that follows Bajirao Singham, an honest and fearless police inspector who serves in a small village and believes in upholding justice at any cost. His life takes a dramatic turn when he comes into conflict with Jaikant Shikre, a powerful and corrupt politician who uses his influence, money and criminal connections to manipulate the law. When Singham refuses to bow down to Jaikant's threats and illegal demands, he is transferred to Mumbai, where he faces a system dominated by corruption and political pressure. Determined to fight against injustice, Singham takes on Jaikant and his criminal network despite facing intimidation, betrayal and danger to his loved ones.
