An innocent and curious alien, who is stranded on Earth after losing the device that can take him back to his home planet, begins searching for a way to contact his people. Unable to understand human customs, languages and religious beliefs, he asks unusual but honest questions about society and the concept of God. His strange behavior earns him the nickname āPK,ā and while searching for his lost device, he meets a journalist named Jaggu, who becomes interested in his extraordinary story. As Jaggu helps PK uncover the truth behind his situation, PK's innocent questions expose the contradictions, blind faith and exploitation surrounding religious beliefs. What begins as a search for a way home eventually becomes a journey that challenges people to think differently about faith, humanity and the things they blindly accept as truth.
